Please read these terms carefully before placing a commission. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined below.
Orders under $400 USD require full payment before work begins.
Orders over $400 USD require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered.
Failure to complete the remaining payment may result in cancellation of the commission without delivery of completed files.

The original quote only covers the work agreed upon before the commission begins.
Any new requests made after work has started that were not included in the original quote will be considered an add-on and will require an additional charge. Examples include additional clothing pieces, accessories, meshes, textures, texture variations, body fits, or design changes outside the original scope.
All add-on pricing will be discussed and approved before work continues. I reserve the right to approve or decline any add-on request based on scheduling, workload, project complexity, or feasibility.
Rush fees prioritize your commission within my schedule but do not guarantee unlimited revisions, unlimited changes, or additional work.
If new features or add-ons are requested after a rush commission has already begun, they may delay the original delivery date due to the additional time required to complete the new work.
I reserve the right to approve or decline add-on requests for rush commissions if they interfere with the agreed turnaround time, current workload, or project complexity.
Minor revisions are included during the commission process.
Major revisions, complete redesigns, or requests outside the original scope may require additional charges.
Revision requests made after final delivery may also require additional fees.
Turnaround begins once payment has been received and all required references have been provided.
Turnaround estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on project complexity, communication, and current workload.

Delays caused by missing information may affect turnaround times.
Please respond to progress updates and questions within a reasonable timeframe.
If communication is significantly delayed, your commission may also be delayed until communication resumes.
If there is no response from the client for 30 consecutive days, the commission will be considered abandoned.
Payments already made are non-refundable.
If the project resumes after this period, additional fees or a new quote may be required depending on the remaining work and current pricing.
Final files will only be delivered after the remaining balance has been paid in full.

I also reserve the right to decline revisions, add-ons, or requests that fall outside the agreed scope of work or are not feasible within the project's schedule.
Unless otherwise agreed, I reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio, website, Discord, or social media for promotional purposes.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes after work has been completed may result in:
